Snapchat acting up

I sent my BF a picture from my eyes only and now it doesn’t leave the chat. Neither one of us saved the photo and it’s annoying Asffff because every time I open the chat there’s a booty pic😂😂😂 I deleted the app & cleated the conversation already. Anyone ever got this bug? How do I fix it?
