Why am I not happy?

I have been feeling really tired, nauseous and peeing at least once through the night. I decided to stop by Walmart to buy those 88 cent test. At first glance I was relieved there was only one line. I put it my bag and forgot about it, came home decided to take a second look. Yup! The second line is there. I had my d&c; 3/21 and already tested before to ensure I had no hcg, I got a negative. I feel like am not healed enough to carry a pregnancy. I don’t know what to do.
