Positive for 3 days then negative???

Question

So I had a positive test Tuesday and Wednesday (one was a digital test) and then took one today after spotting and cramps and now the digital came out negative.... one app said my period was supposed to start tue and one said today... could this be a chemical miscarriage?

Yes. Unfortunately this is why I always wait till after I I’m due for my period to test. I’ve had two chemicals and 1 full miscarriage and couldn’t take the heart break. I got to the point if I didn’t want to know early.
