advice

can someone please help me? I had a miscarriage back in December, my cycle was a bit on and off in january..I ended up having a normal cycle the last couple months, this month I was suppose to start my cycle on the 10th, however I haven't gotten it, I have taken 4 tests spaced out and they all have said negative..is this something to do with the miscarriage, I've never had a miscarriage until now and I'm getting a little frustrated as to something is wrong with me...sorry if I sound stupid😯
