Worried about ultrasound

So we had a growth scan today at 35weeks 1 d. Baby girl is estimated to be 5lbs 9oz. But when they did the 3D of her face my husband and I both thought it looked like she has a cleft lip... there’s been no diagnosis of this and the tech didn’t act like any thing was wrong but now I can’t stop thinking about it. Tell me I’m crazy and every looks fine 🤦🏻‍♀️
