baby has fluid in her kidney

so at 32 weeks my ob found fluid in my babies kidney. She sent me to a high risk Dr and I got a better ultrasound and they still see fluid. They say I shouldn't worry to much that it usually will go away spontaneously after birth but they will want to give her an ultrasound whrn born and have her see a urologist. I left feeling okay but then they called and said the team talked and they think I should see a MFM and if I was okay with it they would send over my info so they can call me and make an appt. They called immediately and made my appt for next week and said I'll do another ultrasound. has anyone gone through this ? I feel like they are concerned or they wouldn't be sending me to the MFM
