6.5 years of trying and bfn after bfn to wake up to this

Hubby and I have been trying for a very long time. Initial IUI consultation next month. We suffer from male factor infertility and high prolactin and low estradiol. We have had 2 cps and a failed adoption. We have been praying for a child for the longest time.... I missed my period April 3, but had some light pink bleeding thought weird AF right?? Well I woke up last week and boobs were sore and thought ok AF is just finally reading her ugly head like three weeks late. Then I been testing since missed AF and bfn every day or sporadic positives or consistent faint lines. Today I woke up so nauseous and vomiting so my husband convinced me "hey you haven't taken a test in a 4 days just try one more time" I of course rolled my eyes but said I would and wouldn't you know it....

I'd be 6 weeks +5 today before getting a bfp
