Issues with menstrual cups?!

Ok, so this is my second period using the lena cup. Last time it worked great and there was only one time where it leaked a little but i readjusted and it stopped. This time no matter what I do it leaks. Ive tried the different fold methods, running my finger along the sides to make sure it’s open, tugging on it to make sure it’s suctioning.. I just don’t get it! Frustrating because it is 💯 when working properly.. not sure what to do
