Boy Help!!

So there’s this new kid at my school he’s super cute and I just don’t know how to talk to him. Mind u I am like super shy and it takes a while for me to get use to someone. My friends r just telling me to go up and talk to him but he was really rude to my friend when he tried to b friends wit him so idk wat to do??!
