help!! I think I ovulated

My husband and I have been trying to get pregnant for over a year and I was diagnosed with PCOS on 31 january. Well today is CD 18 i was on 50mg of clomid in February and it didnt work missed my period in March and this month I'm on 100mg and have my fingers crossed!! I took an opk yesterday and it was there but it was faint, the husband and i baby danced the 18, 22, 24, and 26 roughly I took another two opk's today one this morning and one this afternoon (photos attached below) well as I sat on the couch around 10pm I got this like pinch in my left side abdominal area where my ovaries at so I'm pretty sure I ovulated and i still can feel a little not really irritation but sensation. any advice or words of wisdom
