sleep regression?

my baby boy used to sleep through the night and now he gets up at least once 😴 I'm not used to wake up anymore! how long will it last? what can I do to get him sleeping through again?

I honestly let my daughter fuss and talk in her crib at night and don't get up unless she's starts actually crying. Normally if I just leave her alone, she'll put herself back to sleep. But, we're also going through a sleep regression where she does wake up and make noise several times a night, which wakes me up and it's exhausting since in 7w6d pregnant. I hope you find something that works for you!

The whole month of March was hell for us ..he went from sleeping through the night to waking up and refusing to go back to sleep. This whole last month has been great so I hope it gets better for you
