Help with medical bills MISCARRY, C-SECT, etc.

I just wanted to make a post in hopes that I can help a mother through a really tough time. I had a miscarriage back in February and on top of being completely depressed, I had to be faced with $23k in medical bills from delivering at the hospital. The last thing you want to do is pay bills for a baby you cannot hold or be faced with the reminder that you had a child but you cannot nurse him/her.

After desperately searching the internet, calling the hospital, and calling my health insurance company, no one could help me or give me resources for assistance with my bill.

Today I got a letter in the mail offering assistance though a grant program in my state. It is called the Georgia Maternal Grant Program. They stated that they pay for certain diagnosis including MISCARRIAGE, C-SECTION, PRETERM LABOR, GROUP BETA STREP, ETC. with assistance up to $10,000!!!

Please call your state representative office and ask about any grants for help if your hospital or insurance cannot offer you help!!!!
