I’ve been on the pill for 4 days, boyfriend finished in me, should I take a Plan B?

Ladies I started the pill Monday, and Thursday I had sex and let him finish inside me. My period had started that Saturday before then so I was on my period the Monday I started the pill. Some websites say I’m protected fully, others say wait

7 days. I’m shook! Any opinions, advice??
