Induction experiences!

I am set to get induced on Tuesday if baby doesn’t come before then! With my first baby we also set an induction for my due date but he ended up coming on his own 3 days earlier. I’m hoping that is the case this time around also, but I’m trying to mentally prepare for an induction as well. Have any of you ladies had an induction? If so, what were your experiences? How long were you in labor, etc. I am already 3cm dilated which is double what I was when my water broke with my son so I’d say I’m at least off to a good start!
