Frustrated

I feel incredibly frustrated that I don’t know what’s happening with MY own body. I micarried about a month ago and have been going for weekly HCG checks. It was 9.5 on Tuesday but then the next day I started bleeding like a period.

From what I understand, once it’s less than 5, I will ovulate and then two weeks later have a period. Is this a period? Left over bleeding? I completely stopped bleeding after my m/c about 20 days ago. If this is my period, great I can resume my normal cycles. If it isn’t... what is it?! When will I ovulate? No one may know the answer but I just needed to vent!
