Period nightmare

I'm just fed up of how my periods have become after i had a miscarriage at 17 weeks in September 2017. I'm 34 yrs old and my periods used to come & go without any problems, no PMS nothing. I'd have the occasional minor cramps and sugar craving the day my period came and thats it. But since my miscarriage, it's like im dragged through hell and back everytime my periods arrive. Exactly 3 days before my period is expected- i get awful awful upper & lower backache. My shoulders arms and head become so achy and sore. I become bloated with terrible flatulency and have the most awful nausea. This time around i had such an awful headache and felt so dizzy it was horrid. I thought i mightve been pregnant because the symptoms were so different this time. It seems like every month i experience some new kind of PMS. Not to forget the stabbing pains in my uterus whuch are a depressing reminder that my period is on it's way. I've been to the DR twice. The first time she prescribed me with some medication which lessens your blood flow and after reading about the side effects online, i chose to just bin it. The 2nd time i went to a different DR, she just brushed me off saying i should carry on taking the medication. I was sent for an ultrasound scan of my uterus & ovaries and all appeared normal. I have a cycle of 25 days and 3 days before my period & the first 2 days of my period days im pretty much a vegetable, unable to focus or concentrate or do anything,. Im just an emotional painful mess relying on painkillers, heat pads & hot water bottles. Has anyone else been through tgis or is going through this ? Its so unfair, i know women around me with children and have no period issues, had no miscarriages and are popping out children without any trouble 😔💔
