What would you guys do?

I have this close friend who I’ve known since high school. In the beginning of January she told me she was pregnant about a week later I I found out I was pregnant, Now let’s fast forward to last month in March. She wrote me on Facebook saying she lost the baby. I felt so bad because she was supposed to be due September 04th while I was due the 18th and it was going to be amazing that we would go through this together. Immediately I asked what hospital she was in because I wanted to come see her. She told me no need because she was home and wanted to be alone for a little. I said no biggie because I’ve been there and no the feeling. She started asking me questions about losing a baby and then she said something that caught made me raise a brow. She said she left the hospital and did not do a D&C; because she wanted one more day with her baby still in her stomach and the DOC let her go. I thought it seemed weird but didn’t question it to make her feel bad. I asked her how her man took it and she said horrible and that he has not left her side since the incident... This morning I had to go to the bank and who did I see? Her man. I gave him a hug and he asked me how the pregnancy was going. After catching him up, I gave him my condolences about the loss of what would’ve been his first. He looked at me confused and said there was no baby and what was I talking about. Before making him any suspicious I made it seem like I was thinking about another friend. Luckily he thought it was a honest mistake from me and didn’t dig deep. My question is, Do I confront my friend about this? Or just let it go. It seems so weird to me on why would she lie like that? Everybody was so happy for her. I’m just confused. But everytime we talk or hangout that’s all I think off, Especially when we bring up kids/pregnancies.
