1 month old cold+congested , help ?

My daughters a month old . Right now she only has medical which covered emergency visits only until I can put Kaiser on her plan in this upcoming week or 2 .

On Wednesday she showed symptoms of a cold .

Her symptoms right now are congested stuffy nose , coughing , sleepy , she still eats very well and she still has no fever . Wednesday for most of the day she sneezed boogers , but that evening until now she’s yet to do that again .

I’m aware that if she starts to run a fever , her boogers show sign of infection , her cold lasts more than 10 days I need to get her into emergency .

But since right now she has no access to a regular doctor what can I do ? The youngest medicine I found was 6 months + , she’s only 1 month old ...

What can I do to make her feel better ? Help with congestion ?

With congestion rn I suck her boogers out when there in her nostrils ? Otherwise I can’t get them , I add saline drops to help keep her nose moist , I put Vick under her nose and on her chest as well as feet and hands .

Just wondering what everyone else had done ? Any other home remedies ? I hate that she’s sick . She’s only fussy when she wants to sleep but still .
