Will OB deliver big baby early?

I’m currently 36 weeks and the baby is measuring in at 7lbs 14oz. 😭 The tech said she’s measuring in at 39.5 weeks. Is there any chance they could/would want to deliver the baby early?

Weight from ultrasounds are not correct. My baby measured “small” but came out HUGE unlikely they’ll deliver you early

I measured 3 weeks ahead from 28w on and they kept saying he would come early and be almost 10lbs etc etc. 
He was born one day before he was due at 8lbs 5oz. 
The further along you are the less accurate those scans are. 
So, probably not on delivering early. Good luck 💕💕💕

I was measuring two weeks ahead they estimated 9lb 9oz. 
and they still made me wait till over 41 weeks. 
he came out 8lb 9oz.

Yeahhhh... my son was born exactly at 42 weeks and turned out to be even bigger than they expected (almost 10lb and 21 inches 😱)

Up to your doctor. Mine was going to induce me at 39 weeks because of his size. They predicted 9 lbs at 39 wks and he definitely would have been if I made it that far

How was your baby’s size? I’m 33 weeks and they did a growth scan and his head tummy and femur all measured over 39 weeks and put him at 7 pounds 4 oz 😭 he was estimated 4 pounds at 29 weeks. I don’t think the scan is that off because I look HUGE. I definitely look and feel 40 weeks pregnant. I’m hoping they let me deliver a little bit early. Here’s a pic of my bump 33 weeks

At 37 weeks I was measuring 5 weeks ahead but I still gave birth at 39 weeks and my baby was only 7.9 pounds

No. My baby measured 7lbs at 33w and they made me wait. He was born 9lbs 9oz.
