Is glows ovulation days correct?

So I’ve been using glow for about six months now. And am wondering if the ovulation day is correct. I typically have a 29-30 day cycle so I figure my big O days is between cycle day 16-18.

We have the same ovulation day! Glow said 18th but other period apps said 19th so I BD on both lol

I’ve found mixed reviews with glow o days. I also use opk and if I get a peak it always puts my o day on peak day which is not right for me, it’s usually 1 day sometimes 2 after my peak. But it could be different if you’re not using opks!! I use glow in addition to Ovia just to kind of have a good round about for myself just in case!

glow was off on my ovulation window by a week, all my other apps were wrong too. I got OPKs to make sure when I was ovulating

I took my very first OPK on 8/15 and it was positive I continued to take them until I got my BFP on 9/11.
