a sign?

This is a little long and apologies in advance. So my cycles range anywhere between 29-52 days long. I do have endometriosis. been ttc baby #1 for 2 years now. during what Glow predicted as my fertile window, I had a sharp pain in my right ovary area when I was using the bathroom and had very light stretchy cm. well two days after my predicted O day, I had light ewcm or so it looked like. Now I am on CD 29. my nipples are a bit sore (which usually happens 95% of the time, two weeks before AF) and heavy stretchy cm. It isn't quite clear but there's a lot. I'm assuming that I coukd be ovulating now instead of earlier? What do you girls think?? Definitely going to BD tonight though!
