Milk Bleb maybe?

Question

Can a milk bleb interfere with a let down? I’m not sure if I have a milk bleb but my son get sad when trying to nurse on this specific breast. I’ve pumped and gotten an ounce after a feeding so I know milk is coming out but I don’t know why he is so upset with it? 
Also how in the world do I make an appointment with a lactation specialist and have it covered by insurance? I can’t figure it out 🤦🏻‍♀️

It might be chance that he's not liking that breast right now. I had a few blebs & my baby never seemed to care, but he did go through a few days here & there where he was strongly preferring one or the other breast. I just kept offering it on an alternating schedule & he would get over it. No idea on the LC thing bc we met with ours while in the hospital only, sorry.

You will have to contact your insurance company and find out what you are covered for. Mine just needed my doctor to write a referral to see a lactation consultant and then it was covered.
