pain down there 😣

alright ladies, i need some help. cus i just left work for this... but a few days ago i caught a yeast infection . so i went out to the drug store and bought one of those 3 day treatments. okay, cool. on my 3rd day od treatment i got my period. when i get period i get heavy flows so i usually use a tampon and a pad but since i was doing the treatment i stoped using a tampon. i waited about 2 days then used a tampon, nooow im having pain when i pee and wipe myself clean... did i fuck up? what should i do?
