Born on due date ❤️

FINALLY can share my birth story. Yesterday 04-26 I had an appointment, got a sweep done. l was dilated to 2cm and 50% thinned. I honestly didn’t think that the sweep would do anything but make me crampy. We went shopping after our appointment, came home and cleaned and had some friends over. I was having contractions the entire time but they were painless and too far apart to time. I tried to sleep at 11pm- couldn’t fall asleep and at 1230 I was definitely having contractions. Tried to take a bath, walk around, they were just getting closer and closer. We got to the hospital around 3am and between then and 4am I went from 3cm to 5cm so I got to stay! Got my epidural which ended up slowing everything down so they started me on pitocin. Had him at 3:30pm on his due date 04-27❤️ Labor was so worth it and so was passing out on the potty after birth 🤣 I’ve never been so in love. Harrison 21inches long, 9.4lbs 💙💙
