Does it work? Will it help with sperm motility? Is it a waste of money?

It is only helpful if you have an issue producing CM. If you are so dry you need lube, this is helpful. It's just lube that doesn't kill sperm. It doesn't up your chances if you don't have a CM issue to begin with.

We were using it when we conceived. It is a good lube if nothing else. Meant to mimic your natural lubrication and, unlike other lubes, does not interfere with conception.

It didn’t help me, and we found it sticky and gross. Drink lots of water and grapefruit juice to try to increase EWCM. If you already have EWCM, you don’t need preseed. If you want to give it a try though, go for it!

I think it's definitely worth it. I've used it 2x and it did not work for us. but I do like it.
