Always regular, always get positive OPKs, but not this cycle, why??

We have been trying for 7 months. I am always regular. I always get a positive opk on cycle day 16. My cycles are always 30-32 days. But suddenly, this cycle I only keep getting negative OPKs, and it’s making me worried and anxious. It is now the end of cycle day 18, and nothing. Could something be wrong with me??

Aside from the no ovulation thing, this is also the first cycle ever, I didn’t have any EWCM at all. I have been dry all cycle.

I don’t take any meds. All I take is my prenatal vitamin every morning.

Im scared, confused, andxious. Has this happened to anyone? What was the outcome?
