Essential oils/ swelling?
Does anyone in our May group use essential oils?
I’m thinking of making up a mix of oils for my swelling legs and feet.
I’ve heard of people using oils to help with inducing and labor. I’m to early to do oils for inducing. But swelling has me hurting so think I’ll give it a try. Just wondered if anyone else had wisdom on any of this?!?!
