Gestational Diabetes.

So I was given my 1 hour glucose in AZ at 27 weeks. Said it came back normal. After a month I moved to CO and my AZ doctors for some reason would not send my records over so this past Monday (I was 33 weeks and 4 days) they had me redo my 1 hr. It came back high so on Thursday (34 weeks exactly) I did my 3 hr. I received a call The next day stating my results were abnormal and I need to be seen next week. Very concerned on why when I got tested the first time I was fine and now I’m 34 weeks so concerned I should’ve been taking care of this and worried about the affects on my baby. Any similar situations or recommendations on how to handle this. Very scared and worried and not sure what I need to do.
