After birth care
Can we talk about care for after birth? I had my first (and so far only) child in 2009. First thing that scared me was having to poop after. I thought I was giving birth again. Are there ways to prevent tearing when giving birth? Best things to use for relieving pain and soreness after? Etc. honestly I’ve never learned much about after birth care and I’m now ttc #2 and trying to get mentally prepared
