How to say stop talking about your kids?

My friend is a talker. If she has nothing to talk about, she can’t be quiet, she talks about her kids.

I love her kids. I love my kid. But when we are out with 10 other adults, who aren’t parents, drinking, nobody wants to talk about kids.

She’ll go from person to person, showing pictures and telling stories about her kids.

I get annoyed and I see other people getting annoyed. It’s getting to the point where I don’t want to be around her. I’m a SAHM, I go out to get away from “mom life.” Ya know. Our friend group is mostly gay men and single women.

How can I say “please stop talking about your kids?”

Ignoring her doesn’t work. She hops from person to person after people get fed up with her.

I am not projecting my thoughts onto others. Multiple people told me they are annoyed with her nonstop child talks at 3 am.
