Shooting pain in groin?

I’ve been relatively lucky not to have much in the way of round ligament pain or other aches and pains, but over the last few days, I’ve had a few moments where I get a flash of white hot pain in my right groin area, so bad to where my physical response looks like I’ve been kicked. It only lasts a couple seconds. I’m about 31.5 weeks.

I’m not yet at a point of panic..but baby has felt very low and heavy AND I’m now getting this pain. I’m just wondering now IF this is something I should be worried with.
