Implantation Bleeding?

I used the bathroom today and wiped to see this on the tissue. I’m freaking out because according to glow my period shouldn’t be here until 3 days. Idk if it’s spotting or something but then I went to take a pregnancy test and I took it around 12 pm since I just woke up and didn’t eat or drink any fluids and it came back negative. I’m confused??
