Ugh! What could it be?

So Wednesday, Thursday and Friday I’ve have period/ ovulation/ implantation like cramps, mainly on the left side. Today I had a twinge on the right side and it’s gone. I had a chemical pregnancy (doctor confirmed) and miss carried on 4-12. I’ve been taking opk’s since last Sunday and all negative. The doctor said to start the opk’s the day after I stop bleeding which was the 17th but I was too busy to run to the store due to baseball. We bd every other night from that night.

Anyone ever have this and what was the outcome? I’m not hopeful but I’ve never had this before.
