Irregular periods

I need help,, my periods date was March 23rd and I take a test March 27 with a early response stick and they said if there’s 2 line that’s mean you’re pregnant I just took test and there was 2 lines I was mad happy I can’t explain my happiness I can’t believe and then I took another test in the morning and there was 2 line and then I told my husband he was sooo happy I went to the doctor and she took my urine test and negative😔😔 I told her I’m pregnant cuz I took twice test and it’s positive then she took another and negative ultrasound and nothing i started crying a lot because I was so happy that time my all moments break I’m still crying I don’t know what should I do and my periods still didn’t came 😣
