Bleed twice last month

Hi me and my partner have tried for 7 year had 2 miscarriages through this time and still nothing has happened , both of us have had tests etc apparently everything fine. Last month I had my period as normal it’s always regular every month then 8 days after that I started spotting this went on for around 2 weeks. Went to docs and everything was ok. But this month I haven’t bleed and don’t no which date to take it from? Has this happened to anyone before! X
