A gift just for being so amazing

My dad isn’t my biological father but he has been raising me since I was 6 months old, him and my mom divorced and his role never changed. In his eyes I am his daughter no matter what blood I have and it’s the same for me. He’s such an amazing person and you can see how much he loves me and my sister every day (my sister is his biologically). He provides for me, he makes sure I never need or want and takes care of us in every way he can. I love this man so much, he has a lot of money so it’s hard to get a gift for him that is worthy enough because he just buys whatever he wants for himself which leaves nothing for me or my sister to buy because he already has it.

So, we decided to make him a homemade blanket, he was in the army for 5 years, and he’s a big ol’ country boy and loves everything camo, so we made a trip to Joanns fabric and went to work. We made him a blanket straight from the heart and he loves it ❤️ . It feels amazing to give him something just to show how appreciative we are for him and the amazing father that he is, thank you for everything dad, I love you.
