TMI Scared of miscarriage

Okay so I'm about 6 weeks and 5 days I've been in and out the E.R for this past week.... Sunday I had some spotting I went to urgent care and they said everything was fine the baby is fine... I had an ultrasound on Monday and the baby heart rate was slow 60 my HCG levels were at 52 then I had some mild cramps and I was still spotting on Wednesday the baby heartbeat increased to 115 and my HCG levels rose to 58... Today I got back to work I stated with the mild cramping again and the bleeding became a little more heavier so I went to the E.R again. The doctor said I'm having a possible miscarriage because my HCG level dropped to 56... but the baby heart beat increased.... so I've laying Down like the doctor told me to and at one point my cramps became severe and when I to go pee this came out of me... Now the pain stopped a little and the bleeding went back to spotting... I hope this isn't a miscarriage
