Hair style and product recommendations???

I have a family photoshoot coming up and I’m thinking of just having my hair down and curled. I never played around with styling it (I know I’m boring) it’s always the same hairstyle. If anyone has any hairstyle ideas please post below. My hair is long (almost to my waist)

Another question: what can I use in my hair that won’t make it sticky or greasy or stiff? I like my hair clean but it doesn’t really want to curl after I wash it or the curls just don’t last long. Thank you!
