I can’t decide if your first period after a miscarriage is a blessing or a curse. Grateful because you know everything is working and you can start trying again or just fucking dumb because you didn’t think you’d have to go through this shit for at least another ten months.

I had a meltdown when I got mine. I was in the middle of work and I went to the bathroom because I was cramping bad. I wiped and I noticed something odd. At first thought it was a normal clot but looking closer I realized it was part of where the sack had been attached. 
So I went into a full anxiety attack and all I could do for the rest of my shift was cry. You’d think it gets easier 😔
