Scared to have sex 😳😭

Is it normal to be scared to have sex when you're pregnant? I'm 16 weeks and my husband and I have only done it twice since I've been pregnant. The second time we did it I had some bleeding afterwards and it really freaked me out so we haven't done it since. It's been over 4 weeks since then and I really want to do it because I feel bad about holding out so much but I'm really scared about the anxiety I'll have to go through if I bleed again. I just don't know what to do. 😩
