Do I have to take these?

This is my second pack and I’m still fairly new to this! Do I have to take the last 4 or do I discard and start on my 3rd month?

Ask your doctor. With some brands it’s okay to skip but with others you should only skip one or two months in a row

When I didn’t take these my periods were irregular, when I did take them my periods became more regular and normal. People say you don’t have to take them but when I started taking them my periods were normal and so was my cycle.

Are these he period pills? If so, you do not have to take them unless;
-you want your period at regular intervals I.e 28 days
- you have spotting or bloody discharge (then you must take the period pills to allow your body to have a bleed and empty the contents of your uterus)

You don’t have to, just remember when it’s time to start your new pack.
