Confused- af was 8 days late, one day shot, heavy and now Glow says I went from 1% chance to 2.3%. Grabbing at straws I guess!

AF is normally 4 days and the 4th is hardly anything. Today, after being late 8 days, I logged that af was gone after 3 days and my chances of being pregnant went from 1% to 2.3% lol I had a negative test before af so I know it won’t change but there is a part of me that wants to test. I was horribly sensitive before af and I still have no desire for coffee ( my favorite ) and all I’ve wanted lately has been orange juice ( which I don’t normally drink) and fish. I literally had a tuna melt and oj for lunch on Friday.
