Has anyone every experienced their mirena cord lengthening/ mirena moving?

I had my first mirena put in in Feb 17 and then replaced due to it having moved lower, it had turned sideways into my cervix. I tried it a second time roughly Aug 17 and the string has lengthened again and I’m assuming that the mirena itself has turned. AGAIN. It’s the second one in just over 12 months.

I’m at my wits end. It’s effecting my sex life and making me very uncomfortable.
