12dpo, PCOS and negative preggo test. Very tingly nipples. Still hope?

Hi everyone :) I am 12dpo and my period is due tomorrow. I have PCOS so my period isn’t truely regular anyway. I have two girls 4 and 5 and we are trying for #3.

I tracked my ovulation and we ‘did the deed’ at the right times ;) My symptom is only really tingly nipples.. not sensitive or full breasts but tingly like cold sort of. Is this a sign of pms or pregnancy do you think? I don’t usually feel like that and it’s been over three days. pregnancy tests all negative so far.

I know I should just wait and see but I’d love your opinion. :) Is there a chance?
