Thoughts & advise ?

My 1 year old daughter started acting really clingy & whiny two days ago , shortly after she was throwing up . She’s threw up the first day twice , still has an appetite and asks to eats shortly after. She threw up the second day once and is acting normalish, playing & eating . But just woke up in the middle of the night throwing up. Which is now day three. No fever , no other symptoms really besides obviously feeling yucky as some points of the day. I’m just really confused on what this could be .....
