Nine days of flashing smileys with Clomid??

I’ve had flashing smiley faces for the past NINE days! I also double-check with the regular opk strips, and those have no rhyme or reason to them...they randomly get really dark (but never a peak), then light, then dark, then light again. I know PCOS can throw the OPKs off, but can Clomid do the same thing? I thought Clomid was going to help regulate things, but my OPKs and BBTs are still absolute chaos. My 21 day progesterone test is tomorrow, and I’m guessing the levels will be too low since it looks like I didn’t ovulate. :(
