Plan b

Okay so my bf and I tried to have sex and it wasn’t working out. However we kept hooking up and he was on top of me and his penis did not go in me but it was around the area I think. He didn’t come but precum is always a factor. I took a plan b within 72 hours and then a week later I started spotting and having pains in my left ovary. The spotting lasted 10 days and I am now 8 days late for my period. I took a pregnancy test the day before my period was supposed to start and it was negative. I was also ovulating according to this app when we tried to have sex. Could I be pregnant? When will I get my period?? Could the 10 days of bleeding have been my period?? Help!!
