My cramps are freaking annoying.

I’m 11 and this is my first period ever. I’m pretty confused about what to do. I had a blood clot but I thought it was pee. I was very scared and whenever I eat or drink I get really bad cramps. I know not to eat or drink anything cold but I just don’t know what to do. I take Pamprin but all it does is make me sleepy. Please help.

Edit: Okay I just found out that when my niece has my phone she occasionally posts on here. This wasn’t my post it’s hers. I have GOT to put a password on my phone🤦🏽‍♀️
