Hey guys! Implantation bleeding?

So my last period ended on the 20th so friday would have been day 10 of my cycle. (seriously like one week after a short 3day period) I had mild cramping and urgency to pee and had small few drops of pink and a tiny piece of tissue. I was confused as my periods are very regular and never have spotting. I am hoping this is implantation bleeding. pray for me will test in a week ! I HOPE i am ! I also had a miscarriage with my first pregnancy is there anything we can do to make sure we dont lose this little one if we are pregnant?!? no soda day 2 and lots of healthy food lol idk what else to do.
