I always had leg cramps at night! I would wake up multiple times at night, and if I stretched my legs they would always cramp up! I had to consciously not stretch every time I woke up so I wouldn’t suffer 😂

MEE! This will sound crazy, but there are actual scientific studies to back it up... the next time you have a muscle cramp try eating a little mustard if you can stand it. You can also drink pickle juice or anything that gives you that sour reaction! It will relieve it nearly instantly.

Start taking magnesium supplements. My restless legs and leg cramps have almost totally gone away.
